In love with Languedoc, my parent's Hans and Sari MOERLAND settled in the area in 1977, and did all they could to share their love for this beautiful area with friends and family.

In 1989, they set up Moerland Seasonal Rentals a family business specialising in renting out the very best quality holiday homes in Languedoc. In just over 15 years, Moerland Seasonal Rentals have built up a portfolio of over 150 holiday homes, nearly all of them with a swimming pool.

In 2002, I decided to set up Maxéa Real Estate specializing in selling properties and holidays homes in the Languedoc.

Maxéa gives you access to the Multiple Listing Service.

The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or Service Inter Agence (SIA) is an information-sharing network created by the FNAIM. The SIA / MLS symbol means cooperation among agencies. Maxéa is member of the SIA Hérault which has over 100 members.

When your property is placed on the Multiple Listing Service, the information about your property is shared with all other agencies accessing SIA / MLS, and all agencies have the opportunity to sell your property. Your property gains more exposure, because it reaches the majority of the real estate professionals in the same area.

If you are buying a property, Maxéa has access to other member's properties. The goal of the SIA / MLS is to help you find the property you want.

Set up in 1946, FNAIM (French national real estate federation) is recognisable by the famous Yellow Cube logo, it brings together, over 11,000 real estate agencies. In becoming FNAIM members, professionals undertake to abide by the quality charter developed by the Federation. The charter underlines the ethics, integrity and professionalism required of all FNAIM members.
